  • Payment Information: Billing details for subscription plans (processed through secure third-party payment gateways; MoveMitra does not store full card details).

  • Demo/Enquiry Form Data: Name, phone number, email, and business details submitted through our website’s contact or demo request forms.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, click patterns, and login activity.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the MoveMitra platform and its features

  • Process enquiries, quotations, bookings, and billing on behalf of Business Users

  • Send automated WhatsApp updates, review requests, and broadcast messages as configured by Business Users

  • Respond to demo requests, support queries, and customer service communications

  • Improve platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features

  • Send administrative communications, service updates, and (with consent) marketing communications

  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in India

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, or technical issues

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality commitments.

  • Is necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Upon termination of a Business User’s subscription, data may be retained for a limited period as specified in our Terms of Service or applicable agreement, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.
