1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Movemitra website, software, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account, using our product, or integrating your WhatsApp number, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Movemitra on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that company.

2. Our service

Movemitra provides software tools for packers & movers and related businesses to:

  • Capture and manage enquiries and jobs

  • Generate and send quotes/estimates

  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and other channels

  • Manage team tasks, branches, and operations

  • View analytics, reports, and profitability

We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time to improve the service.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating and using your account

  • Keep your login details safe and confidential

  • Ensure only authorized users in your business access your Movemitra account

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Movemitra

  • Obtain proper consent from your customers for:

    • Communicating via WhatsApp or other channels

    • Processing and storing their data in Movemitra

  • Not use Movemitra for spam, fraud, abuse, or any illegal activity

You are fully responsible for the data you enter into Movemitra and for how you communicate with your customers.

4. WhatsApp & third‑party services

Movemitra integrates with WhatsApp Business API and other third‑party services.

  • Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and policies.

  • You must follow WhatsApp’s rules on opt‑in, template usage, content, and frequency of messages.

  • We are not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp or any provider (e.g., blocking numbers, rejecting templates, rate limits, pricing changes).

You understand that WhatsApp message delivery and performance depend on third‑party systems outside our direct control.

5. Plans, fees & billing

  • Movemitra may offer free, trial, pre‑launch, and paid plans.

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

  • WhatsApp/API messaging charges may be billed separately, or you may pay them directly to the provider, depending on your setup.

  • We may change plan prices in the future; any change will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Trials & beta features

We may offer free trials or beta features.

  • Trials and beta features are provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime or support.

  • We may modify or discontinue them at any time without notice.

  • Beta features might collect additional usage data to help us improve the product.

7. Intellectual property
  • Movemitra, including its software, design, logos, and brand elements, is owned by [your company name].

  • You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for your business during your subscription.

  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from our software.

Your own logo, customer data, and business content remain your property. You grant us permission to process and display this data within the product solely to provide the Services.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Movemitra to send spam, threats, abusive or illegal content

  • Harass or deceive your customers

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to hack our systems

  • Overload or abuse the platform in ways that disrupt normal use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm other users or our infrastructure.

9. Availability & support

We aim to keep Movemitra available and running smoothly but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

  • Planned maintenance will usually be scheduled during low‑usage hours where possible.

  • Unplanned downtime can occur due to technical issues, hosting provider problems, or third‑party failures.

  • Basic support will be provided via WhatsApp/email during business hours, or as per your plan.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as permitted by law:

  • Movemitra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost customers, or lost data.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months before the issue arose.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business information.

11. Termination

You may stop using Movemitra at any time and request account closure.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms or applicable laws

  • Your use harms (or risks harming) our systems, reputation, or other users

  • You fail to pay applicable charges

Upon termination, we may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, otherwise it will be deleted within a reasonable period.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • The “Last updated” date will be modified accordingly.

  • Material changes may be communicated by email or in‑product notification.

  • Continued use of Movemitra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, unless otherwise required by law.
